As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We strive to make the process of hiring an interpreter a seamless additional service to your business and will guide you every step of the way.
E. ‘Tracey’ Davis
Nationally Certified ASL Interpreter - Agency Owner
Ms. Davis began interpreting in 1979 and became a nationally certified interpreter in 1988. She holds two certifications: A (CI) from the Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf (RID) and also from the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) IV. Tracey was selected twice as a presenter for the Florida Chapter of RID Conferences in addition to being chosen as a presenter for RID.
She has served as a ASL instructor in both private and public schools. Tracey has over 40 years of extensive interpreting experience that spans conference, medical, legal, and artistic performance interpreting. She was selected as the interpreter for a speaking engagement for Oprah Winfrey.
She is our resident subject matter expert on the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it pertains to the rights of the Deaf. Tracey has a genuine love for the Deaf and Deaf culture and is passionate about the quality of interpreting services her agency provides.
Michelle M. Wilson
Director of Operations
Mrs. Wilson, whom has over 30 years of customer service experience, has worked with the agency since its beginning. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Agency. She maintains the service quality of all the interpreters by assisting in the orientation, training and workshops in addition to being accessible to them for support and feedback. To ensure client satisfaction, she is always personally available to clients and works tirelessly on their behalf. Mrs. Wilson also seeks new opportunities that will increase the Agency’s client base and generate new revenue.
Lynn C. Solomon
Ms. Solomon has 35 years of administrative experience and 20 years in the financial and banking industry. She, too, has been with the Agency since its beginning. She manages and oversees accounts payable and receivables, and maintains the general ledger. She works with the Director of Operations to resolve billing inquiries. She administers timely payroll disbursement through ADP and works quickly with interpreters to handle any discrepancies. Ms. Solomon ensures the Agency remains in operational compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Roderick R. Wilson
Mr. Wilson joined our staff in 2019. He assists in communications with staff and interpreters. He handles incoming calls and inquiries from our interpreters and provides appointment reminders to them. Mr. Wilson reviews all submitted interpreter phone reports for accuracy and documents them into agency files. He sets up work stations and provides troubleshooting and technical support for office equipment. Mr. Wilson serves as a host to ensure the organization and success of orientations, meetings, and company events held throughout the year.
