Meet our Administrative Team:
Earlette 'Tracey' Davis
Ms. Davis has 30 years of interpreting experience. She holds a BS degree in Education. Ms. Davis is certified in ASL with a CI, and NAD IV. Her expertise spans medical, legal, and educational interpreting, for both U.S. and international platforms. She is our resident expert on Americans with Disabilities Acts (ADA), as it pertains to the rights of deaf consumers. Ms. Davis' drive, professionalism and passion positively impacts her team, interpreters and clients.
Language Services Coordinator
Ms. Wilson, whom has over 25 years of customer service experience, is the point of contact for your company and our Agency. Ms. Wilson handles the execution of our contracts, schedules and coordinates the interpreting requests, and files all appropriate paperwork and initial invoicing.
Billing Services Coordinator
Ms. Solomon has 27 years of administrative experience and 13 years in the financial and banking industry. She answers all billing and invoicing inquiries for the Agency. She handles all outstanding invoices with pending payment for services already rendered. She is also responsible for payroll disbursement.
